Saifee Hospital

The Saifee Hospital is a wonderful piece of architecture at Charni Road in Mumbai. The entire structure is built with a blend of Fatemi and modern architecture and has become an important landmark. It is the only building in Mumbai with 3 level basements and is 45 ft. below ground level, a part of which is below the sea level and underwater. With 10 floors in height, reaching 175 ft. above ground level, it is also the tallest building in Mumbai. Xypex products were used to waterproof the floors and retaining walls of this 3-level basement, from the negative side.
