Xypex products were successfully used to repair the cracks and faulty joints in the concrete of the terrace. Xypex was also applied to the basement walls, lift pits, generator room, cable trench, air washer rooms, toilets, kitchens, and bathrooms of this structure.

A single coat application of Xypex Concentrate was applied to the entire concrete of this basement roof slab.

Below-grade ground water was seeping through construction joints into the Lazy River and Wave Pool. Xypex products were successfully applied to the siphonic duct portion of the structure and to the trenches in the basement to stop the leaks and waterproof the concrete.

Xypex products were used to waterproof the terrace garden, planters, rooftop swimming pool and the overhead water tanks. Xypex was selected, not only because of its proven waterproofing capabilities, but also because the Xypex crystalline process helps prevent the deterioration of the reinforcing steel.

Approximately 4,000 m2 of terraces and 1,500 m2 of the service floor of this hotel were treated with Xypex Concentrate. Six months after the Xypex application, an inspection confirmed the success of the Xypex waterproofing process and also noted a 9% increase in the compressive strength of the concrete.

The planter boxes and podiums in the basement of this structure were treated with Xypex products to waterproof and protect the concrete.

Xypex products were used to repair and waterproof 4,500 linear feet of leaking concrete cracks where jets of water, due to high hydrostatic pressure, were occurring. Terraces, water tanks, car lift pits, and toilets were also waterproofed with Xypex.

Xypex Concentrate was selected to rehabilitate and waterproof the terrace slab and toilets of this memorial structure which was leaking heavily.

Subsoil water was leaking into underground pits containing chemicals. Xypex Concentrate, followed by Xypex Modified, was applied from the negative side, thereby completely stopping the leakage.
